Term Life

Term Life Insurance is what most people think when they think "life insurance."  It allows a sum of money to be passed on to surviors in the event of an unexpected loss of life.

It is particularly good for young families just starting out to protect the family against the unexpected loss of one or both of the home's income earners.  â€‹

Since it  has the lowest premiums it can bring tremendous peace of mind without straining the family budget.​​

Whole Life & Index Universal Life

Whole Life and Universal Life are hybrid insurance products that over great flexibility depending on your goals.  Unlike Term Life, they offer life long protection.

​

They can function as traditional life insurance (as income replacement in the event of death) or as wealth accumulation vehicles.

​​​

The premiums are higher than term because they can also be used as cash value accounts that can be drawn on throughout the policy owner's life.

                    Annuities

Annuities are the opposite of traditional life insurance products.  Annuities protect you from outliving your income.  

​

With increasing life expectancies, many people worry about their retirement income running out. 

 

Annuities can offer fixed income for life to help insure basic needs are covered for the rest of the insureds life- regardless of how long one lives.
